In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact us at hello@digitalwealthsacademy.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days before initiating any formal legal proceeding or chargeback. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in the State of California, rather than in court.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

While your initial enrollment link is sent immediately, please allow 24–48 hours for the course administrators to manually verify your account and grant full access to the course.

We will investigate and re-send your access credentials. A refund will only be considered if we are unable to deliver the product after reasonable attempts to resolve the issue.

By completing this transaction, you waive your right to a chargeback. You agree to contact us at hello@digitalwealthsacademy.com to resolve any issues before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We will only review refund requests if technical evidence demonstrates that the initial enrollment email was never delivered to your provided address.
